Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of e खुशी, operated by ASH-ROBS Technologies. By building or publishing a gift site you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to pay for a gift site. If you are between 13 and 18 you may build one, but a parent or guardian must make the payment and agree to these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly take payment from a minor.

What the service is

We host a web page built from the words and photos you give us, at a private link, for one year from the day you publish it. Building and previewing are free. Nothing is public until you publish it.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it for the sole purpose of running your gift site. You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload — including photos of other people.

You must not upload anything unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or intended to harass, impersonate or intimidate the recipient. We remove sites that do, without refund, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Availability

We aim for the site to be reachable at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is done between 02:00 and 05:00 IST. If your site is unreachable for more than 24 continuous hours, the Cancellation & Refunds policy applies.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials. Prices are shown in full before you pay.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that gift site. We are not liable for a gift not being seen in time, for a link shared with the wrong person, or for anything arising from the content you chose to publish.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
