How fast we reply

Email is answered within one working day. If a gift is due today, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front of the queue — most of what we get is urgent for a reason.

Appointed under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, as the IT Rules require. Content that is obscene, invades someone's privacy, impersonates a person or endangers a child is acted on faster — within 72 hours, and within 24 hours for sexually explicit material or impersonation. Please include your order number or the gift link.
