Cancellation & Refunds

A gift site is a digital product delivered the moment it is paid for, so the rules below are written around when the link was shared rather than around a return window.

Before you pay

Nothing is charged while you are building. Abandon a draft at any point and you owe nothing; drafts are deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

Within 24 hours of payment, link not yet shared

Full refund, no questions asked. Write to ashrobstech@gmail.com with your order number. The site is taken offline when the refund is approved.

After the link has been opened by anyone

No refund. The gift has been delivered and seen, and it cannot be returned. This is the same principle as any digital download.

If something went wrong at our end

Full refund regardless of timing if the site never loaded, the wrong content was published through our error, or the site was unreachable for more than 24 continuous hours while it should have been live and we could not fix it. We would rather refund this than argue about it.

If we take a site down

If we remove a site for breaking the Terms, no refund is due. If we remove one in error, you get a full refund and an apology.

How long a refund takes

• We decide within 2 working days of your email and tell you either way.
• Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days of that decision.
• The money reaches the original payment method in 5–7 working days after that, depending on your bank. We cannot make a bank move faster.

Refunds always go back to the method you paid with. We cannot redirect them to a different account, and we do not issue credit notes in place of money.
